This tool is designed for use on platforms offering free GPU access like Google Colab, as well as on local machines, providing users with flexibility in their image generation projects.

3. Use License and Restrictions

Upon purchasing our tool, you will receive a personal, non-transferable license key via email. This license grants you the right to use our tool for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your license key to another person or entity.
• Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on our tool without prior written consent.
• Using our tool for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the creation of copyrighted material, illegal content, or deepfakes.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your license and access to our services, without refund or recourse.
